Alright, so not quite there yet. I got it in my head to do a caramel wafer. As you can see, no wafer. I ended up with a kind of failed dulce de leche–baby steps, right? But, y’know, sugar, butter, and cream is still sugar-butter-cream, so still pretty delicious 😀
