Breaking in the kitchen!

Ohmanoman I really lucked out with the sablefish! Pan fried on a bed of couscous with flavorful tomato relish.

p.s. Yeah, this table is a really intense colour. I’m hoping to use more surfaces in the future. Also need new light!
