Happy Easter! Not big into this one, but received some beautiful chocolates so this one is indeed having a happy Easter! Anyway, here are some endive boats!

After half a decade, the OG potluck item that started it all returns! Vegan pulled pork!

So I had some lamb chops in the freezer needing love and some leftover red wine looking for purpose. The lazy Sunday demanded tried and true, so I gave it Coq au Vin sans Coq!

So I had a potato in my fridge and some eggs. For whatever reason, I feeling the making of potato salad (probably laziness). As a work-around, my brain decided sliders would be an easier alternative. Thus, Potato and Egg Sliders.

Wow fam, that was a rough few months. Here’s to a Happy New Year of moar cooking!
In the meantime, enjoy some Japanese curry!

p.s. Actually, I’ve been eyeing those Glico curry packets in store shelves forever but figured I’d make it from scratch if I ever went for J-Curry. Picked up some Premium Glico Curry a while ago and have been waiting for the right time to break it out. Had some extra strip steak so… yeah the results are very yum!

Dear poultry I have not forgotten you! Lemon chicken with a side of braised kale. Tangy guudness!
