Pork chops with pan sauce involving orange juice?

Looking for moar dishes with moar colours!

So I heard several times on Home Cooking (the most charming food podcast evar) about using fig leaves. Never knew you could use them, and I have a beautiful one right outside!

Of course, entry 42 must involve cheese! Four cheese crisp, goat cheese, apples and arugula with balsamic dressing. Plus, super secret guest photographer!

There was a Costco trip involving chicken tortellini and surprisingly delicious butter chicken sauce, which I just had to add to the tomato sauce. And blistered beans.

Someone spurred a curry craving in me. Went for Thai green curry chicken! Slowly working through this bag of fried onions as garnish lol.

Someone wanted sausage and eggs for breakfast… leftover Kalbi and rice means fried rice… why not throw in some Greek style seasoning mix. Very satisfied munching by the fire.

Finally got some camping (*cough*glamping*cough*) in! Deliciously marbled Kalbi, and beer BBQ drumsticks.

Had some leftover ricotta and tomato to use up. So naturally brunch ensued. And some wild brownies appeared!

Shephard’s Pie because it was the first gloomy day in a while. Did not realize I was out of Worcestershire sauce. Bit of BBQ sauce to the rescue!
