Okay, so I must admit, I’ve never actually made meatballs. So here’s the hot mess of spaghetti. They were kinda mushy from too much breadcrumb mixture, so I’ll definitely have to cut that part down next time. Taste turned out okay with good moisture (I think?)

Pork chops was always a fantastical ideal ever since seeing that Simpsons episode as a kid. Thus, big spoon pork chop, nestling braised cabbage with quick pickles and pan fried smashed potatoes.

Mmm been thinking about doing a pan fried duck breast for a while. Here with roasted veg, seared nectarine, pea shoots, and red wine and balsamic reduction.
Next time I’ll have to pre-assemble some of the plate though. Duck sat cut up a little too long :0
